Resumo
O objetivo deste artigo foi analisar a desburocratização do processo de financiamento do crédito rural do Pronaf realizado pelo Projeto Agronegócio Familiar do Município de São Miguel do Anta, MG. A metodologia utilizada foi a de estudo de caso. Os resultados indicam que o Projeto Agronegócio Familiar tem contribuído para o aumento da renda dos agricultores familiares naquele município via aumento do número de financiamentos do Pronaf. O efeito do Programa Agronegócio Familiar no aumento do volume de recursos aplicados no Município de São Miguel do Anta é grande. O levantamento realizado com alguns produtores participantes indica que os produtores aprovam em 100% o Programa, cujos resultados atestam que a desburocratização do processo de financiamento tem efeitos positivos sobre o aumento da aplicação de recursos do Pronaf. Por isso, devem ser tomadas medidas que venham facilitar ao agricultor familiar, em nível nacional, o acesso ao crédito.

Effectiveness of the pronaf credit in the city of São Miguel do Anta/MG

Abstract
The objective of this article was to analyze the unbureaucracy of the process of financing of the agricultural credit of the National Program for the Strengthening of the Familiar Agriculture (Pronaf) carried through by Familiar the Agribusiness Project (Integrated Program of Economic Tenable, Ambient Technique and in Familiar Agriculture) of the City of São Miguel do Anta, MG. The used methodology was of Study of Case. The results indicate that Familiar the Agribusiness Project has contributed for the increase of the income of the familiar agriculturists in that city saw increase of the number of financings of the Pronaf. The effect of Familiar the Agribusiness Program in the increase of the volume of resources applied in the City of São Miguel do Anta is great. The survey carried through with some participant producers indicates that the producers approve in 100% the Program, whose resulted they certify that the unbureaucracy of the financing process has positive effect on the increase of the application of resources of the Pronaf. Therefore, they must be taken measured that comes to facilitate to the familiar agriculturist, in national level, the access to the credit.
