A participação e a capacitação profissional do setor privado nos projetos de desenvolvimento sustentável de municípios da fronteira sul do estado do Mato Grosso do Sul

Resumo
O Desenvolvimento Sustentável apresenta-se no meio social como uma proposta interdisciplinar que propõe a integração das áreas do conhecimento para a melhoria da qualidade de vida e do ambiente, como alternativa viável para a sobrevivência humana. Para a prática desse processo é necessária a participação de todos os agentes da sociedade, o poder público, o setor privado e a comunidade local, envolvidas na busca de um maior crescimento e desenvolvimento ecologicamente corretos. As empresas, além de apoiarem os municípios em suas ações de caráter político, têm o dever de manter e recuperar o ambiente que ocupam antes, durante e após a realização de seus produtos e serviços. Esses procedimentos ultrapassam o objetivo de exigirem uma capacitação profissional adequada, pois colaboram também para a implantação de um sistema de gestão ambiental e reforçam a responsabilidade social empresarial, inserindo-os na cultura geral da organização para uma mudança de paradigmas em relação à temática ambiental. Desse modo, realizou-se um levantamento de dados, mediante entrevistas em empresas dos municípios de Amambai, Coronel Sapucaia, Tacuru, Paranhos e Sete Quedas, componentes da fronteira sul do Estado do Mato Grosso do Sul com o Paraguai, selecionadas por amostragem e de forma aleatória nos ramos de serviços, com o intuito de conhecer os projetos ambientais por elas realizados, o nível de integração com o poder público municipal e a forma de valorização do profissional interno da organização. Foram obtidos resultados que mostram a falta de comunicação entre os agentes sociais, a necessidade de profissionais pactuados com a sustentabilidade, sua valorização e, urgência na resolução imediata de problemas ambientais que interferem na vida e no desenvolvimento da comunidade local.

The participation and the professional qualification of the private sector in the projects of sustainable development of cities of the south border of the state of the mato grosso of the sul

Abstract
The Sustainable Development is presented in the social environment as a proposal to interdiscipline that it considers the integration of all the areas of the knowledge for the improvement of the quality of life and the proper environment, as natural resources, for the survival human being. For the practical one of this process the participation of all is necessary the agents of the society, the public power, the private sector and the local community, involved in the search of a bigger ecologycal correct growth and development. The companies beyond supporting the cities in its action of character politician, have the duty to keep and to recoup the environment that its products accomplishment of and service occupy for. These procedures exceed the objective to demand adequate a professional qualification, therefore they also collaborate for the implantation of a system of ambient management and strengthen the enterprise social responsibility, inserting them in the general culture of the organization for a change of paradigms in thematic relation to the ambient one. In this manner, a data-collecting was become fullfilled, by means of interviews in companies of the cities of Amambai, Coronel Sapucaia, Tacuru, Paranhos and Sete Quedas, components of the south border of the State of the Mato Grosso of the South with Paraguay, selected for sampling and of random form in the branches of services, with intention to know the environments projects for carried through them, the level of integration with the municipal public power and the form of valuation of the internal professional of the organization. They had been gotten resulted that shows the lack of communication between the social agents, the necessity of professionals of the sustainable and its bigger valuation and the precision of immediate resolution of ambient problems that intervene with the life and the development of the local community.
