Mutuário, Figurino e Protagonista: Uma Análise de Conjunto Habitacional Popular

Resumo
Essa Pesquisa aborda as estratégias populares de superação da condição de assistidos pelas políticas públicas habitacionais e também, as estratégias da administração pública da Companhia de Desenvolvimento Habitacional e Urbano do Estado de São Paulo (CDHU), para sanar o déficit e a inadequação habitacional. No espaço circumurado pelos conjuntos habitacionais ocorrem produções de subjetividades e representações sociais carregadas de estereótipos e estigmas. Tais representações fomentam uma imagem marginal do lugar, a qual forja na identidade dos mutuários um sentimento negativo, no que tange a sociabilidade do bairro. Os aspectos concretos versus a sociabilidade são os elementos norteadores dos moradores e da CDHU, em classificar em bom ou ruim o conjunto habitacional. Contudo, nesse cenário de tensão, ocorre a produção das trincheiras espaciais simbólicas - antagonismo de interesses entre políticas públicas/população/entorno.

Residents, Figurane and Protagonist: An analysis of popular housing estate

Abstract
This paper approaches the popular strategies of exceeding the status of assisted by public housing policies and also the strategies of the public management of São Paulo Habitational and Urban Development Company (SPHUD), in order to solve the deficit and the housing problems. In a location surrounded by the housing estates, there are productions of subjectivity and social representations. It stimulates a peripheral image of the place, which creates in the identity of the residents a negative feeling, concerning the sociability of the neighborhood. The concrete aspects versus the sociability are the key elements of the residents of SPHUD, in evaluating whether the housing state is good or bad. Nevertheless, in this stressed scenery, there is the production of “symbolic Spatial Trenches” – antagonism of interests among public policies/ population/environment.
