História Econômica e História Cultural: uma trajetória historiográfica

Resumo
Por meio de uma reflexão bibliográfica exploratória, o artigo discute o posicionamento da história econômica no contexto dominado pela “nevuelle historie” que dominou ideologicamente a historiografia do século XX, utilizando os meios clássicos para se ampliar. Destaca como a antropologia, ao se firmar como ciência, provoca uma reestruturação metodológica na historiografia. A associação da antropologia com a história faz com que a nova “nevuelle historie” emerge da pós-modernidade, apontando para dois aspectos metodológicos principais na nova história econômica: Partindo de bases materiais ou simbólicas possa compreender o universal partindo do singular e vice-versa e, inscrevendo as particularidades na macro-história, na sua cadeia relacional, transcorrer da descrição à análise, da narração à reflexão sistemática.

Economic history and cultural history: historiography trajectory

Abstract
Through an exploratory reflection, this paper discusses the position of economic history in the context called "nevuelle historie", that dominated ideologically the historiography of the twentieth century. Highlights how the anthropology, as a new science, caused a methodology restructuring in historiography. The association of anthropology with the history makes the new "nevuelle historie" emerge from post-modernity, focousing to two major methodological aspects in the new economic history: the use material or symbolic bases to understand the universal and particular and vice versa and finding the particular aspects on macro-history, in a relational chain, from description to analysis, from narration to systematic reflection.
