Abstract

This article presents a systematic of communication applied to the area of IT, based on the communicative conflicts mentioned by Pfleging and Zetlin (2006) and Lutchen (2004) and investigated by Velloso (2014). The observational, descriptive and comparative research was structured in stages of development, with bibliography, direct observation techniques, questionnaire techniques and in-depth interview. The last technique, applied with the purpose of supplementing the collected data, enabled the group of interviewed professionals from Paraíba Valley to provide elements for the construction of a critical insight into the reality of IT and Communication. Given the organization of the data, it was formulated an intersection of SWOT and GUT methodologies in order to indicate the prioritization in setting and to develop a systemic proposition of communication applied to IT needs.
